Country-pop and actor song writer Jana Kramer rose to fame through television, where she was part of the cast of One Tree Hill as Alex in its final three seasons. In the series' episodes the singer-songwriter performed her country debut albums. Her album of the same name was ranked among the top 20 albums of the Billboard 200's Top 20. Thirty One, her follow-up album from 2015, reached in the Top Ten. Her decade was rounded out by appearances in Dancing with the Stars. In 2021, the self-doubting Voices was released. Jana Rae Kramer began acting in 2002 when she was just a teenager. Born in Rochester Hills Michigan Jana Rae Kramer has an extensive background in the country genre. guest appearances in shows like All My Children and CSI: NY followed over the next few years until she was cast in the role in Noelle Davenport on NBC's Friday Night Lights in the course of the show's second season, 2007-2008. Kramer appeared on 90210 from 2008 to 2009 as Portia and Brooke Manning before joining One Tree Hill on the CW in 2009. In 2009, she played Alex Dupre. She remained on the show until the end of 2012 when the series ended. Jana Kramer Kramer's run on One Tree Hill saw her sign a record contract with Elektra Records. In 2011 she released her modern country love song, I Won't Let Go. The track later appeared on her full-length debut Jana Kramer in mid-2012. The track landed in the Top Five of the Billboard Top Country Albums chart. Following a shift to her professional musical career, she continued acting and appeared in movies like Heart of the Country 2013 (which attracted her fan base) as well as Country Crush 2016 (which would appeal her music fans). Kramer's second album, Thirty One came out through Warner Music Nashville by Kramer in October of 2015. I Got the Boy (a Top Five country single) and Steven Tyler's duet on Aerosmith made the album be even more successful, reaching the number three place in the Billboard 200. In September 2016, her time in the 23rd season of Dancing with the Stars lasted two months before ending with a 4th place finishing. This was also the season that she landed an adult contemporary success with her song Feels like Christmas with Straight No Chaser.
